REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSIONREQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

  1. The management reserves to itself the right of admission
  2. Only those who have completed 5yrs 10th months on 31 st of May are eligible for Std 1.
  3. Every candidate for withdrawal must be introduced by a letter or in person, by one who is responsible to the Headmistress for her.
  4. Pupils coming from other Secondary Schools and Primary Schools should produce the “Transfer Certificate” issued by the Head of the school concerned.
  5. Admissions will ordinarily be closed within 8 days of the reopening.
  6. Applications for admission should be made in the prescribed form which can be obtained from the office, and should be submitted along with the original Birth Certificate/ Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. Every pupil on admission shall pay the prescribed fees.
  7. Pupils coming from schools, outside our District and State will be admitted on production of Transfer Certificates duly countersigned by the Educational officers in charge of the institutions in strict conformity with the table of parity of standards issued by the Education Department.
  8. The Admission Application must be signed by one of the parents or in their absence by a guardian who has been authorised by the parents to do so. A letter of authorisation must be filed with the admission form.
  9. In the case of admission of pupils coming from Primary Schools or Secondary Schools the date of birth as furnished in the Transfer Certificate will be taken as correct. In the case of pupils to be newly admitted, the correct date of birth should be furnished in the application for admission and necessary documentary evidence must also be -produced.
  10. After the admission no alteration in the Date of Birth, Name Caste etc will be made without the sanction of the C.P.I. in Karnataka, Bangalore.
  11. Admission to the LADYHILL PREPARATORY SCHOOL does not guarantee a seat for I std. in LADYHILL ENGLISH HIGHER PRIMARY SCHOOL and also admission to LADYHILL ENGLISH HIGHER PRIMARY SCHOOL does not guarantee a seat for the High School at LADYHILL VICTORIA COMPOSITE PU COLLEGE. However preference will be given.
