Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Others stay a while, make foot prints on our hearts and we are never ever the same. Ladyhill English Higher Primary School was fortunate enough to have one such personality as in Teacher Frenni.
The day 8th Oct 2021, was indeed a memorable day for all at Ladyhill school, for a thanksgiving event was organized for Tr. Frenni after her 30 years of dedicated service by the students of class 6 and 7.
The programme began with the lighting of the candle and paying floral tributes to the Apostolic Carmel founder Mother Veronica by Tr. Frenni. A meaningful prayer service was held followed by welcoming the gathering through a traditional classical dance.
The nightingales wished the retiree Good Luck and thank you through their wishing song. The students through a skit expressed their thoughts on tr. Frenni as well as wished God’s abundant blessings on her.
Later the retiring teacher was felicitated by the Headmistress and students with a shawl, fruits and a gift as a token of love and gratitude.
The teacher expressed her deep sentiments of gratitude for the opportunity to render fruitful years of service. She motivated the students to study hard and secure a bright future. She had a privilege to honor Rianna Dhrithi Fernandes, who secured gold and silver medals in the State level swimming competition.
