"Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow," the theme for International Women's Day in 2022.

Women's Day is a day to celebrate, a day to pause and reflect, a day to remember, a day to be inspired, and a day to honour, treasure, and revere women. The Headmistress and staff of Ladyhill English Primary School celebrated Women's Day on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, in the school hall at 9.00 a.m.
As all staff members entered the office room in the morning, the headmistress greeted them with a rose bud. The event then began with a lovely and thoughtful prayer service, during which women from all walks of life were remembered through a PowerPoint presentation. The significance of the day was emphasised, and the quotes presented by the teachers inspired and encouraged all of the teachers to continue excelling and progressing in life.
The headmistress encouraged the teachers in her message to be proud of themselves as women capable of taking on any role, to see everything as a blessing, and to praise God in happy moments, worship God in quiet moments, trust God in painful moments, and thank God in every moment.

The teachers were ecstatic about the surprise and actively participated in the games. During the break, sweets, snacks, and beverages were served. The event was capped off with a lavish lunch. Everyone had a lot of fun, happiness, entertainment, and a sense of unity as a result of this celebration. The programme was completed by instilling hope and faith in the staff members.
